About Essential Yoga
Essential Yoga aims to spread the sense of wellness and peace which yoga inspires, whilst providing a physical practice to strengthen and stretch every body. With a variety of approaches to meet your needs, working with your body, no matter what age, gender, level of fitness or experience, Louise works with each person to help support physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Tailoring classes and private sessions to those present, Louise weaves the changing seasons and natural environment into each class, drawing on multiple spiritual influences as inspiration.
