Choose Your Yoga Class, and then....

Choose from the classes below to find the options that works for you. Location, day, time, style....

Currently all classes need to be booked in advance. Thank you.

Don't forget to bring your mat, and any props you like (blocks/straps/bolsters). A blanket is really useful as it can be folded and rolled to assist in many positions, as well as keeping you cosy in savasana.

No fancy clothes required - just wear something comfortable that you can move and sit in easily. We practice in bare feet, what could be easier!

On your first visit you'll need to complete a medical form so Louise is aware of any conditions or injuries, purely to take care of you.

See you soon.

Afternoon Essential Yoga

This popular class provides a complete yoga practice suitable for all levels of experience. Combining breath, movement and stillness, this class covers many aspects of yoga to give a thorough grounding in the practice, using our environment and the changing seasons as inspiration. Over the weeks different poses, themes and body systems will be explored, allowing time for thoughtful placement and opportunities to generate warmth. Suitable for beginners and for all yogis seeking time for essential elements of the practice.

Hatha - Strength, Stretch & Serenity

This mindfully flowing yoga practice includes sequences of poses to build strength, stamina & stability, encourage flexibility & focus, and help find a harmonious balance of body, mind and spirit. A blend of classic and more challenging poses, with options for all, these open-level sessions also include breathwork (pranayama), meditative moments and symbolic hand gestures (mudra), with elements of yoga nidra and a relaxing Himalayan singing bowl accompaniment leading you into savasana.

The variety of slow flows, more dynamic postures and pauses are matched to the seasons and the flow of the world around us, and will leave you feeling physically refreshed and rejuvenated, emotionally inspired and encouraged, and mentally amazingly calm and serene.
The steady pace of the class allows the physical poses and body systems to be explored thoughtfully, with alignment and options that work personally for your individual body and level of experience.
